Meridian is committed to the safety of our service recipients, community partners, and staff as a top priority. All walk-in centers are open; while we are proving a majority of services via videoconferencing, Meridian is providing some face to face contact in offices and in the community in safe ways. Meridian provides outpatient and/or community based services in Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Jackson, Haywood, Macon, Swain and Transylvania counties.

For Children, we provide Day Treatment, Intensive-In-Home, Outpatient Therapy, In School Counseling, and Family Centered Psychiatry.  We work closely with our community partners to serve children and families utilizing a Systems of care philosophy. 

For Adults, we provide Domestic Violence Intervention Programs, Social Services Assessments, Medication Management, Psycho-Social Rehab, Recovery Education Centers, Sexual Abuse Intervention, Suboxone Clinics, Intensive Substance Abuse Programs, Supported Employment, Community Treatment and Recovering Support Teams, Jail Program and DSS Assessments.
