Welcome and thank you for choosing Meridian as your service provider! As a provider, we are committed to estimating patient responsibility prior to your appointment when possible. You are responsible for paying any amount unpaid by your insurance and determined to be your responsibility by your insurance carrier. For your convenience, there are several ways to pay:

In person:

You may make a payment at many of the Meridian office locations. Please see the list of our locations that accept payments by clicking here.

Telephone:

You may make a credit/debit card payment by phone by calling your local office phone number and choosing Option 5, which will direct you to a member of Meridian's billing department. Due to COVID, please leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Online:
You may make a payment using a debit/credit card or set up recurring payments by accessing our secure online payment portal here:
