Meridian Behavioral Health Services is seeking an Employment Support Professional in Haywood County. The ESP position functions as a part of a team that provides employment services as a form of mental health treatment based on the SE-IPS model. The team's goal is to support individuals who have experienced challenges obtaining and/or maintaining employment in the past due to their mental health symptoms. The ESP will assist the individual in achieving their employment goals by providing a variety of supports throughout the employment process. The position requires strong organizational, creative and critical thinking skills, the ability to be flexible and build quality relationships with potential employers and community stakeholders. The job may at times require flexible work hours to meet client or employer needs. It is a community-based position which includes providing transportation to clients in your personal vehicle. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree, or higher, a valid driver's license with no restrictions and reliable transportation. Candidates must be an Associate Professional, a Qualified Professional, or a Certified Employment Support Professional.
