Meridian Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Day Treatment Program Manager in Jackson County. The QP Program Manager develops and implements the client's person centered plan, monitors progress of client and the family, and provides case management duties within a Systems of Care model. The QP program manager coordinates all administrative requirements within the program, including but not limited to, supervision of staff, coordination of schedules, scheduling and participation in clinical staffing and program meetings, and communication with school personnel. The QP Program Manager must also be present in the Day Treatment program to implement the behavioral system and provide culturally relevant therapeutic interventions that support symptom reduction and focus on achieving developmentally appropriate functional gains and reintegration back into the mainstream school setting, and provide crisis intervention when necessary. Proficiency in completing paperwork and completing documentation within expected deadlines is required.
To qualify, applicants must have:
a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with two years of full-time experience with this population (4 years of experience required if degree is not in human services),
a valid driver's license with no restrictions,
reliable transportation, and
flexibility and moderate computer skills.
